PNG Source file with the design size 3.5” x 3.5”. PNG file to fit an 11oz mug with the size 9” x 3.5” design. PNG file to fit a 15oz mug with the size 9” x 3.8” design. PNG file to fit a 20oz mug with the size 10.23” x 4.01” design.
To sublimate a mug, the design is first printed onto sublimation paper using a sublimation printer. Once the mug is wrapped with the design, it is placed in a heat press or an oven (with sublimation oven wraps) which applies heat to activate the sublimation process. The result is a custom-designed mug with a permanent, high-quality image.
