WHAT YOU CAN DO:
– Change nail shape with vector mask

The Nail Color, Shine and Shadows are on different layers so you can adjust them as you want.
YOU GET:

– Add your pattern to the mask cutout layer.
– Change the color by double clicking on the color layer. Or add a texture as a “mask”.
