Settings may vary depending on what kind of machine you use or card stock etc
For reference – used a silhouette cameo (1st edition) to cut these cards and designs . cut these using depth 4 blade, force 28 and speed 3 on the plain cardstock setting. The thickness of card used was 160gsm and 210gsm (depth 10, force 33) for the insert. If you are cutting intricate designs please ensure your mat is very sticky so it cuts well and please be careful when peeling your card so it doesn’t rip.
